I thought college would be easier, but it's a little harder. I assumed classes would be, "go if you want to," but I need to be there every time. I need to start being more on time for some classes. Since my schedule is very laxed I've been lazier than I should. I've been adjusting to the weird times for all my classes. Class always starts and ends at different times. The best spot for tutoring is the learning resources center. The Math/Trig tutoring is from 9:30am-4:30pm.
I have also realized the importance of sleep. Without enough, you can't properly function as a human, and for me too much does the same thing. On typical weekdays, I found myself getting an average of just about 6 hours of sleep. There were variations, with the longest night of sleep being 8 hours and the shortest night being 4 hours. However, on the weekends, I managed to catch up and get about 9 hours of sleep, with the shortest being 8 hours and the longest being 10 hours . I could feel that the lack of sleep during the week was catching up with me. It was the sleep debt I had built up. I observed that more sleep seemed to give me better energy to start my day. However, I also noticed that too much sleep left me feeling just as exhausted as getting too little sleep. I discovered that the sweet spot for me was 7 hours of sleep. When I got exactly this amount of sleep, I always woke up feeling invigorated and motivated. Anything more or less than that made it challen...
